IndexProbe for agencies: every client's indexing, under control

Every client you add means thousands more pages that can leave the index without warning. IndexProbe brings all your portfolios together: Search Console's official verdicts, client by client, continuously.

The problem

More clients means more surface that deindexes in silence

An agency tracking ten clients is tracking tens of thousands of pages. Any of them can leave Google's index without triggering a single alert: Search Console does not notify a switch to “Crawled - currently not indexed,” a batch of Soft 404s, or a reassigned canonical. The client's site keeps working normally; its pages vanish from the results.

Every agency knows the scenario: the client notices first. A dip in leads, a search for their own brand, a competitor overtaking them, and the question that follows: “weren't you monitoring this?”. Trust is harder to repair than a noindex tag.

On the tooling side, everything is siloed: each client lives in its own Search Console property, each property in its own account, and the URL inspector works one page at a time. Checking ten clients' indexing by hand is not a method, it's a lottery.

The tooling gap

Search Console has no multi-client view

Search Console is built for one site at a time: siloed properties, reports that don't consolidate, a one-by-one URL inspector. Your crawlers, for their part, validate what the sites expose, not what Google kept.

What's missing is the agency's daily tool: a space where each client has its project, its analyses, its segments and its history, with the same official data as the URL inspector, but in bulk.

IndexProbe is that space: connect the Search Console accounts, create one project per client, and read each one's official Google verdict: status, non-indexation reason, selected canonical, Googlebot's last visit.

The solution

How IndexProbe equips an agency

One project per client, capacity that keeps up with big portfolios and big sites alike, monitoring that runs on its own, and reports built on Google's own data.

1

Every client in a single space

The Agency plan covers 30 projects and 3 Search Console accounts, extensible with add-ons (+10 projects, +1 account). One project per client, segmentation by page type inside it, up to 100,000 URLs per analysis and 30 retained analyses per project: every client's history stays within reach.

2

Capacity for the big clients too

Google's inspection quota applies per property: each client brings their own, so capacity grows with the portfolio instead of being diluted by it. And for a single high-volume client: with 10 prefix properties, at least 20,000 URLs inspected per day, which is more than 140,000 distinct URLs in a week, and even more with the accelerated inspection mode.

3

Continuous monitoring, where other tools do one-shots

A one-off audit photographs indexing on a given day. IndexProbe analyzes continuously: automatic resumption day after day, recurring analyses, and an email alert as soon as a page leaves the index. You warn the client in time, instead of letting them find out on their own. It is also your retention argument: the value of the follow-up proves itself every month.

4

The mission cycle equipped, from pitch to report

The entry audit gives the proposal credibility: Google's official verdict on the prospect's site, reasons included. The fix is proven in the Comparison view: reindexed pages, dated numbers. And the report is beyond dispute: official data, not a third-party tool's estimate, exportable for your deliverables.

Who it serves

For portfolios of every size

From the independent consultant with five clients to the agency managing thirty, the same mechanics: one project per client, official verdicts for all.

SEO agencies

The whole portfolio under watch: per-client alerts, history retained, indisputable reports. Retention is justified with data, not promises.

Independent consultants

Several clients, zero infrastructure: the entry audit, the mission follow-up and the regression alert, without switching tools.

Web studios and integrators

You maintain your clients' sites: add proof of indexing to the maintenance contract, and catch the damage of a release before the client does.

Honest framing

What IndexProbe does, and does not do

IndexProbe reads the official verdicts of the Search Console API on the properties you have access to. It replaces neither your crawlers nor your rank trackers: it brings official indexing data, at portfolio scale.

100% official data

The same verdicts as Search Console's URL inspector, non-indexation reason included, with no scraping and no estimates.

Your lists, not a crawl

Search Console export, CSV, sitemap, or paste, up to 100,000 URLs per analysis. IndexProbe does not discover URLs by following links.

Google's quota, handled for you

Official inspection is capped at 2,000 URLs per day per property, but IndexProbe gets you past that limit. First through the accelerated inspection mode: pages with recent impressions or whose indexing was recently confirmed are counted without consuming that quota, through an API with a separate quota. Then through multi-property aggregation: the quota applies per property, and IndexProbe aggregates the projects of a single domain — with 10 prefix properties created in your Search Console, at least 20,000 URLs are processed every day — more than 140,000 distinct URLs in a week — and often far more thanks to the accelerated mode. At Agency-plan scale, 30 projects × 2,000 URLs per day open up to 60,000 daily inspections — potentially 1.8 million distinct URLs a month, before the accelerated mode even kicks in. Whatever remains spreads automatically over the following days.

The client's access, not a workaround

IndexProbe analyzes the Search Console properties your account is authorized on: the standard access delegation of any SEO mission. No client access, no analysis — and that is a guarantee for your clients as much as for you.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

How many clients can I track on the Agency plan?

The Agency plan covers 30 projects and 3 connected Search Console accounts, extensible with add-ons: +10 projects or +1 Search Console account on demand. In practice a project maps to a client or a property; each project retains 30 analyses of history.

Do I need access to each client's Search Console?

Yes: IndexProbe reads the official API, which requires being authorized on the property. It is the access delegation already standard in SEO missions; once access is granted, connecting the project takes two clicks.

Is the inspection quota shared across my clients?

No. The quota of 2,000 inspections per day applies per property: each client site brings its own. Tracking 30 clients does not split a common quota, the total capacity grows with the portfolio.

My client has a very large site, can IndexProbe keep up?

Yes: prefix properties multiply a single site's quota. With 10 prefix properties created in its Search Console, at least 20,000 URLs are inspected every day, which is more than 140,000 distinct URLs in a week, and even more with the accelerated inspection mode. And at Agency-plan scale, 30 projects allow up to 30 prefix properties: 60,000 URLs inspected in a single day, 100,000 URLs covered in two days.

How do I detect an index exit at a client's site without waiting for the next audit?

By replacing the one-off audit with continuous analysis: recurring analyses, automatic resumption day after day, and email alerts as soon as a page confirmed as indexed no longer is. Suspected regressions are inspected first: the signal arrives early.

How do I present the results to my clients?

With the data Google itself provides: official status, non-indexation reason, selected canonical, last crawl date. Tables filter by segment and export for your reports; the Comparison view documents each mission's before and after.
