Terms of Service
March 7, 2026
These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the IndexProbe service, published by SEO VIZ SASU (hereinafter “the Publisher”). Any access to the service constitutes full acceptance of these Terms.
1. Purpose
IndexProbe is a SaaS (Software as a Service) platform that allows users to connect their Google Search Console account to inspect URLs via the official Google URL Inspection API, analyse indexing statuses, exclusion reasons and crawl data, and export results.
2. Access to the service
Access to the service requires creating an account via Google authentication (OAuth 2.0). The user must have valid access to Google Search Console for the properties they wish to analyse.
By signing up, the user authorises IndexProbe to access, in read-only mode, their Google Search Console data, in accordance with Google API usage policies.
3. User account
The user is responsible for the confidentiality of their login credentials and for all activity carried out from their account. They agree to notify the Publisher immediately of any unauthorised use of their account.
The Publisher reserves the right to suspend or delete any account in the event of a breach of these Terms.
4. Plans and feature access
IndexProbe offers several subscription plans, whose features are described on the pricing page of the website. Access to features depends on the plan subscribed to.
A free trial period may be offered, subject to availability and the conditions in force at the time of registration.
5. Acceptable use
The user agrees to:
- Use the service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with Google Search Console API terms of use.
- Not attempt to circumvent the limits imposed by their subscription plan.
- Not use the service to analyse properties for which they do not have access rights in Google Search Console.
- Not perform actions likely to harm the operation of the service or its underlying infrastructure.
- Not resell, rent or transfer their access to third parties without prior written authorisation from the Publisher.
6. Service availability
The Publisher endeavours to keep the service accessible 24/7. However, interruptions may occur for maintenance, updates or in cases of force majeure. The Publisher cannot be held liable for service interruptions or any resulting damage.
The Publisher does not guarantee the permanent availability of the Google Search Console API, whose operation is subject to Google LLC's conditions.
7. Intellectual property
All elements of the IndexProbe service (interface, source code, algorithms, content, trademarks) are the exclusive property of SEO VIZ SASU and are protected by intellectual property law. No licence is granted to the user over these elements, except for the strict use of the service within the scope of the subscribed plan.
8. Personal data
The processing of personal data is governed by IndexProbe's Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Publisher cannot be held liable for indirect, consequential or intangible damages (data loss, loss of revenue, commercial harm) arising from the use of or inability to use the service.
The Publisher's liability, if engaged, is in any case limited to the amounts actually paid by the user for the current month.
10. Amendments to the Terms
The Publisher reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of material changes by email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after that period constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
11. Termination
The user may terminate their account at any time from their subscription management area. The Publisher may terminate access for any user who breaches these Terms, without notice or compensation.
12. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the parties will endeavour to find an amicable solution. Failing that, the dispute will be submitted to the competent courts having jurisdiction over SEO VIZ SASU's registered office.
In accordance with article L.612-1 of the French Consumer Code, consumer users may refer to a consumer mediator for the amicable resolution of a dispute.
