Terms of Sale

These Terms of Sale apply to any subscription purchase for the IndexProbe service at indexprobe.com. They prevail over all other documents unless otherwise agreed in writing.

2. Products and services
IndexProbe sells monthly subscriptions giving access to its URL inspection service via the Google Search Console API. Available plans, their features and pricing are presented on the Pricing page.

Prices are shown in US dollars. Any applicable taxes will be added at checkout in accordance with applicable rules.
3. Order and payment
Subscriptions are taken out online on the IndexProbe website. Payment is processed through the secure platform Stripe. IndexProbe does not have access to the buyer's bank details.
Subscriptions are billed monthly, in advance, on the anniversary date of the subscription. Payment is due upon receipt of the invoice. Any overdue invoice will result in suspension or termination of access.
A PDF invoice is automatically issued by Stripe after each charge and is accessible from the customer area.
4. Service access and delivery
As IndexProbe is an electronically delivered service, access is granted immediately upon payment confirmation. There are no physical delivery times. The subscription is active for the current month, then renewed automatically.
5. Trial period
A free trial period may be offered to new users. No charge is made during this period. At the end of the trial, the user may freely subscribe to one of the available plans (Starter, Pro or Agency) according to their needs.
6. Cancellation and refunds
The user may cancel their subscription at any time from their customer area. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; no partial refund is made for the period already paid.
The Publisher reserves the right to cancel a subscription in the event of a breach of the Terms of Service or these Terms of Sale, without refund of amounts paid.
7. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content whose execution has begun with the user's prior agreement, the user having expressly waived their right of withdrawal at the time of subscription.
For B2B (business) users, no right of withdrawal applies.
8. Price changes
The Publisher reserves the right to change its prices. Any change will be notified to the user by email at least 30 days before it takes effect. If the user does not accept the new price, they may cancel their subscription before the effective date.
9. Force majeure
The Publisher cannot be held liable for failure to perform its obligations in the event of force majeure within the meaning of article 1218 of the French Civil Code, or in the event of unavailability of third-party APIs (Google, Stripe, Supabase) beyond its control.
10. Governing law and mediation
These Terms of Sale are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the user may refer to consumer mediation. For disputes not resolved amicably, the competent courts having jurisdiction over SEO VIZ SASU's registered office will be seized.
